  When to hire an attorney.

It makes sense to use an employment attorney when your career is in transition. But there are other work-related situations that can cause problems if they are not handled strategically. What if you like your job but your immediate supervisor dislikes you? Is there anything you can do? Were you promised responsibilities or rewards before you were hired but now find they are nowhere in sight? And what about those situations that arise--personal circumstances that might affect your professional status--where you fear the consequences if word got out?

You might need Dan if:

You were recently fired, terminated or suspended from work
You are about to start a new position
You are in transition, looking for your next opportunity
You are a salesperson, working on commission
You receive an unfavorable performance review
You feel discriminated against at work
You have been asked to sign a non-compete agreement
You want to negotiate a new work agreement/relationship
You need a trustee, escrow agent or other fiduciary you can trust

What's an Executive's Attorney?
Why use an independent agent?
